Drakensberg
The PANORAMA ROUTE, hailed as one of South Africa’s most scenic drives stretches from Johannesburg to the Kruger Park. Enjoy this magnificent view where you will find places of interest like the famous Gods window, pinnacle rock, wonderview and the three rondavels. Choose one of the many hiking trails through the Drakensberg, stop and see the beauty of one of the many waterfalls and the huge diversity of plants which this part of Africa has to offer. You can also opt to do the 4x4 route to Mariepskop and enjoy the spectacular view over the Lowveld.
Magoebaskloof
The mountain pass of Magoebaskloof winds its way up over the hills of the Wolkberg. This spectacular pass is one of the most popular landscape routes in Southern Africa. You can also stop on your way from Kurhula Lodge to see the biggest and oldest Baobab tree of South Africa. It is estimated at over 2000 years old.
Kruger National Park
Do a boat trip on the Olifants river and enjoy elephants, hippos and other animals which you are very likely to see along the banks of this mighty river. Or you can just hop into your vehicle and drive of into the Kruger Park itself.
